Profile: Brittany helps lead the Company’s safety-focused culture, respects, and serves her fellow employee owners in many ways.

Brittany implemented First Aid, AED, and CPR training for all employee owners at Guttman Energy and Source One Transportation, and helps to administer Workers’ Compensation.

Brittany also organizes monthly safety meetings and encourages employee owners to participate in health and safety training programs to prevent accidents.

Brittany enjoys fitness, Topgolf, and the outdoors – spending time at her cabin, riding ATVs, and boating with family and friends.
