What do you like most about your role/job at Guttman/Source One OR what do you like most about working at Guttman/Source One?
“The thing I like most about my job here at Guttman is being able to meet and talk to different people and trucking companies all over the country. It is not something I ever expected do to growing up. I also have loved learning about the petroleum industry in general and being able to share my knowledge professionally and personally as well.”
What Core Values speaks to you the most and why?
“The core value that speaks to me the most is solve. I love being able to assist my prospects and customers by providing a product to help solve their problems or issues they may have.”
What is one of your proudest professional accomplishments at Guttman/Source One?
“One of my proudest professional accomplishments at Guttman over the last 10 years is being successful overall, as a woman in a male dominated industry. I want to be a role model for my daughters and let them know they can achieve anything they put their mind to, and in any industry they want.”
What are some favorite business books you have read that you recommend to others?
Winning with Accountability: This book has helped me to set specific goals with specific timelines, which have in turn, kept me accountable with said goals. It is a quick and easy read and gives great examples with real life scenarios and experiences.”
What you or others would say are your greatest strengths:
“I think others would say one of my biggest strengths is persistence — with everything—at work and at home.”
What are your hobbies?
“Reading! I love psychological thrillers. I also love our weekly Target/Starbucks trips with my daughters … although my husband would call it an addiction.”
