Duquesne University School of Law – Juris Doctor, Member of the Law Review Kim Gallagher is the first in-house attorney in the Company’s 93-year history.

Kim provides legal advice and strategies to senior leadership and to all departments across the organization, negotiates contracts, manages claims, oversees corporate governance matters, and ensures legal compliance. Kim also leads the Company’s Human Resources Department.

As the first in-house attorney, Kim had the privilege of establishing the parameters of her role, which are to partner with senior leadership, management, and all employee owners to offer advice and assistance in all business endeavors. Kim strives to be a problem solver and remains actively engaged in all facets and levels of the business.

“Collaborate” and “lead” are two of the Company’s Core Values that resonate strongly with her. “When we work together and take the lead, we can achieve so much more,” explained Kim.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and four daughters, and racing cars at the region’s NHRA and IHRA tracks.
