Meet Barb Zearley, Senior Fuel Card Sales Representative, and shining member of the Guttman Fleet Fuel Team, who has been with us for 21 years!
Tell us a little about your work history. Where you started, and how you found your way to Guttman Fleet Fuel Team.
I started working at Guttman Energy three days before the World Trade Centers were targeted by terrorists known as 911. This was a very emotional time, and I knew this was where I wanted to have my career. And I have been a part of the card access sales team my entire career.
What does a typical workday look like for you?
Answering emails, cold calling, talking with prospects converting to customers, updating customer requests, and finding new prospects to target! Customer Service!!
How do you help clients reach their goals?
I listen to my customer’s needs and concerns and focus on giving them the best optimal solution for their unique fueling needs to ensure total company satisfaction while earning their trust. At the same time, I educate them on our company process.
What do you do in your free time?
My two greatest blessings are my grandchildren; Myles is 5, and Monore is 10 months. I like to shop, travel, and eat fine dining as well as eating at Diners Drives-Ins and Dives.
What are your reading/watching?
Yellowstone, Netflix, and watching anything with my grandchildren :).
