By becoming well acquainted with their business, we were able to better serve them in a way that addressed all the complexities and concerns that arise in their business every day in a personalized manner.
After comparing their wishes to what Guttman has to offer, we decided on presenting Brayman with a custom fuel pricing program, allowing them to pay for the fuel that they want on their terms. To maximize communication and recording efforts within the business, Guttmann also produced Brayman-specific reports so that they knew exactly how their fuel was being used and provided suggestions on how Brayman could tweak these uses and their spending to operate as efficiently as possible. Rather than remaining distant regarding communication like the previous provider, we went above and beyond – and it paid off. Brayman Construction now receives fuel savings across the board, not just at specific site. As well, they now have their own dedicated sales representative who they contact directly for their account.
